Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return your purchase in its original packaging, with your original packing slip and Macotto com Order Confirmation E-mail Receipt within 90 days of your purchase, for a refund. If you are not satisfied with your purchase after this time period, please let us know. Your satisfaction is important to Macotto. |

Exclude shipping and handling (unless there was a shipping mistake), gift wrap and other service charges |

(1). Place the item securely in the original package |

(2). Include all paperwork, parts and accessories |

(3). Fill out the bottom of the packing slip, including the reason for your return, and put it in the package |

(4). Put the return address label from the packing slip over your original shipping address on the package |

(5). Insure your package and keep a copy of the tracking number |
| |
(6). Please don't send C.O.D.-we can't accept it |

All shipped items (UPS, US Postal Service, etc...) can be returned by mail using the packing slip provided |
